Description:
Responsible for providing customer service in person, over the phone and through email. Assisting the Department Administrative Assistant with various clerical duties as assigned.
Previous experience in an office setting preferred.

Must have strong customer service skills both in person and over the phone

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Must have good written and verbal communication skills

Overseeing fingerprinting process for students and staff

Maintain an orderly reception area

Maturity to work in a setting where confidentiality is essential

Must have an eye for detail be self-motivated, and able to work without supervision

Efficient with data entry

Submit work orders
Must be able to work during semester breaks and over the summer
